    HELENA (AP) — Montana’s Chippewa Cree Tribe has settled a lawsuit against a former partner accused of siphoning millions of dollars from a lucrative online lending company through hidden agreements with a handful of tribal officials. U.S. District Judge Brian Morris dismissed the lawsuit Tuesday after he agreed to enforce the settlement through September 2017. The terms of the settlement were not released.     Volunteers will take a few hours of their time Saturday to help spruce up Havre’s downtown area. The Mayor’s Day Clean-Up will begin at 10 a.m. on Town Square.     The man who cut his throat and walked into the Holiday Stationstores convenience store and gas station Tuesday morning has been transported to Great Falls Benefis Hospital due to the severity of his injuries. Havre Police Department Chief Gabe Matosich said officers responded at 7:13 a.m. to a “report of a male who was cutting his own throat with a knife.” Matosich said the identity of the man is unknown and the age has been updated to 56, not 46 as was first reported.
