    Jolee Lyn Landgraf of Havre, 29, was arrested Friday on a charge of deliberate homicide stemming from a head-on crash Jan. 28 that killed Loretta Park of Havre, 73. Investigating officers said she told them she deliberately swerved into oncoming traffic. Landgraf was being held in the Hill County Detention Center on $500,000 bond this morning.     Quick response from several organizations on Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation Sunday contained a wildfire to less than seven acres in the Parker School area at the east edge of the reservation near Taylor Road.     Hill County Public Health Director and Health Officer Kim Larson, in a Hill County Board of Health COVID-19 update last Friday, said the county is in good shape with regards to the pandemic. She said as of last Thursday at 5 p.m. the county only had three active cases of COVID-19 and as many people being monitored in quarantine.
