    My Neighbor in Need, a nonprofit organization new to Havre that allows people to anonymously help others with their specific needs, opened its doors Tuesday.     At 3:05 a.m. this morning, Havre Police Department officers were patrolling the Smithville area when they stopped a 1997 purple Dodge Intrepid in the 1600 Block of Smithville Road for suspicious activity. While the officers were investigating, the driver, Ruben Nathaniel McDowell, 39, took off and the officers initiated a pursuit.     MISSOULA (AP) — A University of Montana student is recovering from a hantavirus infection that left him hospitalized for nine days. Antonio Morsette, 20, of Rocky Boy said he began suffering intense headaches on March 5. He said his eyes hurt, he had hot and cold flashes and was easily fatigued.
