The Hill County Behavioral Health Local Advisory Council discussed setting up new events in May at its monthly meeting Monday, where members also adopted a new model for its regular meetings. To the editor, After I read your newspaper report of the Hill County Park Board (discussing grazing on Beaver Creek Park), I find I must agree with Nick Siebrasse about it appearing to be a conflict of interest.
