    The Montana Joint Subcommittee Section B voted 15 to 9 last Thursday to restore two tribal health positions within the Montana Department of Health and Human Services that were eliminated as part of House Bill 2 earlier in the session.     Vaccinations continue in Hill County after a small spike in COVID-19 cases, and Hill County Commissioner Mark Peterson said during a Hill County Board of Health meeting Friday that the board hold a special meeting in the Hill County Courthouse Annex at noon today to discuss the mask mandate.
