    The Great Northern Fair Board will be holding its second and final public forum meeting at the 4-H Chuckwagon Building Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. Fair Board Chair Tyler Smith said the board is holding these meetings because the public voted to provide the fair board with a mill levy for the fairgrounds.
