    Montana State University-Northern has agreed to a settlement with the Sweetgrass Society, a Native American student group that filed a compliant last year alleging Northern had discriminated against them and violated the university’s free speech policy.     A 15-year-old was arrested Monday at Havre High School at 11:06 a.m. on pending intimidation charges and being held at the Cascade Juvenile Detention Center, says a release from the Havre Police Department issued Monday.     Everyone in the town of Rudyard remains without water today and likely into Thursday after a water main break Monday cut off the area’s water source. The break has left the town’s approximate 200 residents without water. Reason for the break is undetermined, Hill County Commissioner and Rudyard resident Mike Wendland said this morning.     Angus Albert Merrill, 95 was born Jan. 24, 1923, in Saint Maries, Idaho. He passed away Feb. 10, 2018, of natural causes at the Havre Care Center. Angus, grew up in Bossburg, Washington, and as a teenager worked in the mines. He attended Marcus High School but was unable to attend his graduation as he joined the U.S. Army April 11, 1941.     Editor, Last Saturday night while attending the Box Elder Lady Bears game with Grass Range-Winnett in Great Falls, I witnessed outstanding Lady Bears sportsmanship during the game.
