    HELENA (AP) — Representatives have voted down a bill that would end capital punishment in Montana. Members of the House of Representatives voted 50-50 on Monday to fail House Bill 370 on second reading.     The woman accused of embezzling nearly $50,000 in cash and property from an elderly Hi-Line man is scheduled to go to trial July 14. District Judge Dan Boucher set the date in an omnibus hearing Monday. Lisa L. Cole, born in 1972, of the Troy area, was not present at the hearing; however, her attorney, Helge Naber, was.     The Monday omnibus hearing for a man accused of burning a child with a lighter was pushed to Thursday. Patrick R. Schroeder, of Havre, born in 1991, was charged Jan. 14 with one count of assault on a minor. He pleaded not guilty Jan. 23 before District Judge Dan Boucher.
