    BILLINGS (AP) — A 54-year-old man who graduated from an impaired driving treatment court has been sentenced to four years in prison for a 10th DUI conviction. Yellowstone County District Court Judge Ingrid Gustafson handed down the sentence Friday to Ray Alan Roma in Billings.
