    In the past month, seven people have been arrested relating to the burglaries of the local John Deere dealership, E-1 Towing and numerous other thefts in the area.     A Holiday Village Mall anchor store may be moving to a new location. North 40 Outfitters spokesperson Drew Steinberger said in a press release this morning that North 40, headquartered in Great Falls, is in negotiations to purchase the former Kmart building in Havre for the purpose of relocating its Havre store.
