    BILLINGS -- Going into Saturday at the All-Class State Wrestling Tournament, the Chinook Sugarbeeters knew they weren't going to a win a state championship, but they still had plenty to accomplish.     BILLINGS -- The Havre High wrestling team started the second day at the All-Class State Wrestling Tournament knowing it had work to do in order to catch Sidney and Lewistown in the Class A team race.     The Havre area received another dump of snow Thursday, but whether it was a record is not officially known as yet. It did lead to school and road closures in the area, although with the end of the storm roads were being cleared and some travel restrictions lifted Thursday night and this morning.
