    Hill County officials Monday met with the Chippewa Cree Business Committee at the tribal council building at Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation to discuss the possibility of opening a satellite voting office.     The Friends of the Havre-Hill County Library will hold their annual Valentine's Day Pie Sale noon to 4 p.m. Friday at the library. It is one of two fundraisers the Friends have each year. Friends and other volunteers make pies and bring them in Friday morning, said Jean Scofield, president of the Friends.
