    For the first time in 12 years, the Class A state swimming championship in boys is coming to the Havre High trophy case. Saturday, at the Montana State Swimming Championships in Bozeman, the Blue Ponies scored 63 points to tie Billings Central for the A-B state championship.   • Impact of school threats hits deep

    In the past year, Havre schools have seen at least four reported threats and while nothing has come of them, their impact is still felt deep within the community. Havre Police Chief Gabe Matosich said that each threat takes up resources from the department.   • Juvenile arrested in suspected robbery spree

    An arrest was made last night in relation of the recent spree of burglaries in Hill County. Hill County Sheriff Jamie Ross said a 17-year-old juvenile was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He added that the juvenile is being held in Cascade County Juvenile Detention Center and is a suspect in the John Deere dealership burglary in addition to a number of other burglaries and thefts.
