    A Havre man has been accused of raping a 13-year-old girl for three years. Jerry L. Yost, born in 1973, was charged Friday with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent and counts of sexual assault and indecent exposure. Court charging documents say a 13-year-old girl reported to her school counselor Dec. 19 that Yost, a relative, had been sexually molesting her since she had been 10.     A local woman who is in a Great Falls hospital is trying to raise $5,000 through a gofundme campaign to help with expenses after having a baby two months premature because of a tumor in her uterus. Candace Dess had Lacey Marie Jan. 2 by way of an emergency cesarian section, and Lacey has been in Benefis’ neonatal intensive care unit since.     BNSF Railway will spend $100 million in Montana to maintain its infrastructure, the bulk of which will be spent in the north-central part of the state, Ross Lane, regional director of public affairs for BNSF Railway, said Friday.
