The number of new cases dropped to 2,860 on this morning’s update, still far higher than daily totals in previous surges. Officials are saying that parts of the U.S. may be past the peak of the omicron-variant driven surge, but Montana is behind the curve, still seeing large increases. Officials also say the number of cases, both new cases and active cases, is not the m...

Teams such as the Harlem Wildcats, the Box Elder Bears and the Hays-Lodge Pole Thunderbirds had several games canceled or postponed last week because of COVID-19 issues. While their absence meant fewer games took place last week, Hi-Line basketball did continue elsewhere. Last Thursday, the Chinook Sugarbeeters faced the Big Sandy Pioneers in a Distric...

On the women's side, Providence, Rocky Mountain College and Carroll College are running away from the rest of the league, but not from each other. The three teams are operated by just one game, with all three holding national rankings as well.
