    U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue announced today that some Farm Service Agency offices, including a few in north-central Montana, will re-open temporarily despite the government shutdown, now in its 26th day.     A lengthy discussion between a member of the community and the Great Northern Fair Board was held during the board’s monthly meeting Tuesday night in the Timmons Room of the Hill County Courthouse.
