    The layoff was a long one for the Havre High boys and girls swim teams. Now however, the Blue Ponies will finally get to dive back into competition. Friday afternoon, HHS will compete in one of the most important meets of the regular season when the Ponies take part in the Class A Invite at Hardin.     "Winter in the Blood," the film based on the James Welch novel, will have its Hi-Line premiere on Sunday, Feb. 2, and Monday, Feb. 3, at Cottonwood Cinema 4 in Havre. The film will also be shown on Wednesday, Feb. 5, at Harlem High School as part of Fort Belknap Indian Reservation's Mid-winter Festival. Havre's showings will be at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. on both nights.     MALTA — Charles Gene Barnard, 95, a farmer/rancher died at his home in Malta on Jan. 4, with his daughter Carolyn at his bed side. The family will receive friends at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Kirkwood Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Friday, Jan. 10, at the Kirkwood Memorial Chapel.
