    The Havre High football team will have a new head coach in 2015. Jason Christenson, speaking with the Havre Daily News Monday night, confirmed that he had submitted his letter of resignation and will not return to lead the team next season. “As a head football coach, there are a lot of intangible things that you have to do and take care of.     A heavy snowfall hit Havre last night and a winter storm warning is in effect until 11 p.m. today. Jim Brusda, meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Great Falls, said Havre received about two inches of snow yesterday and an inch overnight.     Havre City Council has qualms about a state proposal to eliminate flashing lights on both sides of the traffic lights leading into Holiday Village Mall. Montana Department of Transportation wants to remove the flashing lights contending they are no longer needed.     An area behind Havre High School has looked like it is in the school’s parking lot, but it actually was an extension of the city of Havre’s 20th Street. Now, with the construction taking place at the school, Havre Public Schools would like to reconfigure that parking lot.
