    A Chinook man who impersonated an IRS agent and stole an estimated $34,500 worth of jewelry was sentenced to three years with the Department of Corrections Wednesday in District Court. Jody Barnes, born in 1964, was sentenced to seven years with four suspended for aggravated burglary and ordered to pay $1,900 in restitution to First National Pawn of Great Falls.     U.S Rep. Ryan Zinke voted for a House budgetary rules change Tuesday night that could make it easier for lawmakers to transfer federal public land to states and other entities.     A woman received three years probation Wednesday in state District Court in Havre for stealing her mother’s medication while visiting her for the weekend. Janessa J. Cline, born in 1981, received a three year deferred imposition of sentence for criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony.
