The name of a 77-year old Havre woman who died after a fatal crash that occurred around 9 a.m. New Year’s Eve in the Havre area has been released. Joy Hokanson died after being taken to the hospital after her vehicle crashed after leaving the road on U.S. Highway 2 West.
