    Havre’s Bullhook Community Health Center has been given $11,593 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to expand quality improvement.     Many people were left without power near Havre Tuesday afternoon after a gas line broke near the Saddle Butte area Tuesday. Butch Larcombe, spokesperson for NorthWestern Energy said a contractor working for Hill County hit a gas line while placing a guardrail in the ground near the area, which led to power being cut as well. Douglas Hopf, 46, of Havre made his initial appearance Tuesday afternoon at the Hill County Detention Center.     It was a cold weekend, but Havre made it through. Outdoor events, such as the inaugural Santa Run took place this past weekend, despite the temperatures dipping down to a low of minus 9 degrees.     A Havre man and a Stevensville man both have been indicted on meth charges, with both pleading not guilty in federal court in Missoula.     An 83-year-old Harlem woman died of smoke inhalation in a fire that destroyed her house Thursday. Blaine County Undersheriff Frank Billmayer said Dorothy Belden died in the fire, which was reported at 7:35 a.m. Thursday. Her husband, 87-year-old Harry Belden, was able to escape.
