    A heavy snowfall hit Havre last night and a winter storm warning is in effect until 11 p.m. today. Jim Brusda, meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Great Falls, said Havre received about two inches of snow yesterday and an inch overnight.     The Hill County Park Board held lengthy discussions concerning weeds invading Beaver Creek Park and a new website dedicated to the park and Beaver Lodge.     E-1 Towing has been given the go-ahead for its motor vehicle wrecking facility located just east of Havre. Hill County Commissioners Mike Wendland, Jeff LaVoi and Mark Peterson unanimously passed the resolution last Monday.     A fundraiser event for local woman Rochelle Cooper, 46, who suffered a stroke in November will be held Monday. Cooper will be having open-heart surgery this month, at Benefis Medical Center-South in Great Falls, due to the stroke.     A local task force and the Hill County Health Consortium have finalized parenting workshops on sex education. These groups are working to prevent teen pregnancies in the county. Mohamed Yasin Aboubaker, born in 1981, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, has been charged with two counts of criminal possession with intent to distribute and one count of carrying dangerous drugs on a train.     New details have surfaced concerning the Havre man who is being held on suspicion of sexual abuse of children by sexting with his cellphone. Wilford Tilden, who was born in 1982, of Havre has been charged with one count of sexual abuse of children and two counts of privacy in communications.     A long line formed at Havre-Hill County Library Saturday afternoon for a community hayride. A horse-drawn wagon was used in the rides, and this brought in many families.     The man accused of attempting to kill another Havre man pleaded not guilty Thursday in state District Court in Havre to charges including attempted murder. Douglas Hopf, born in 1968, was officially charged Dec. 10 with attempted deliberate homicide, criminal endangerment and tampering with witnesses and informants.
