A woman was convicted in Rocky Boy Tribal Court Wednesday on multiple counts stemming from the hit-and-run crash death of pedestrian Lacey Arkinson in 2019. A Harlem High School teacher pleaded not guilty in state District Court in Chinook Tuesday to charges stemming from accusations he had sexual relations with a student at the high school. Jack Garner Young is charged with a felony count of sexual intercourse without consent and misdemeanor counts of sexual assault and indecent exposure. He pleaded not guilty to all counts. After several months of shortened service, Amtrak’s Empire Builder soon will be running along the Hi-Line twice a day seven days a week.
