    St. Jude Thaddeus School honored two of their students Thursday morning for winning divisional and national awards through the American Legion Auxiliary.     During an area report presented at Tuesday’s Havre Public School Board of Trustees’ meeting, Havre High School Activities Director Dennis Murphy told the board that, with Belgrade moving out of the Central A conference to become Class AA next year, the “Central A will no longer exist.” Murphy added that a new alignment would take place.     During the Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees meeting Tuesday night at Havre Middle School, Superintendent Andy Carlson unveiled a new security measure that will be implemented in all five schools.     Hill County Park Board was asked by its Haying and Grazing Committee to review an item in the Haying Policy at the board’s meeting Monday night in the Timmons Room of the Hill County Courthouse.     Last week, the Salvation Army Havre Service Center was $10,000 short of its goal of $28,000 for its Red Kettle Campaign. In the end, the Havre community came through and helped the Salvation Army exceed its goal.     Sunnyside Intermediate School held its annual Trade Fair Dec. 13 and St. Jude Thaddeus School wrapped up its food drive last week, with both schools feeling more than satisfied with the results.     Debbie McCormick runs Debbie's Daycare and recently applied for and received a STAR 3 rating as part of Best Beginnings STARS to Quality Program.     Last night about 9 p.m., the Rocky Boy Fire Department received a call that a wild-land fire had started just outside of Box Elder on Lower Box Elder Road. Fire Management Officer Theron Oats said the department initially responded to the fire and then called in assistance from Box Elder and Bear Paw Volunteer Fire departments. “When we got there, the fire was driven by wind, so we needed a little extra help,” Oats said.
