Havre man's ticket wins $65K Staff and wire report A Havre man is a little richer following the Sept. 1 drawing in the state lottery. William Hinkle bought one of two winning tickets in the Montana Cash lottery and will share the jackpot prize of $130,000 with Sandra Nuckolls of Billings.
