    Havre High School graduate Kylynn Jarman received a $500 scholarship from Havre P.E.O Chapter AZ. "It feels really great, actually," she said. "My mom was very proud." She said that she will be attending the University of Montana in Missoula to study physical therapy. Havre P.E.O Chapter AZ member Paulette Cronk presented the scholarship to Jarman.     The Havre Public Schools Board of Trustees during its meeting Tuesday accepted Superintendent Andy Carlson's notice of retirement and discussed options for filling the superintendent vacancy.     A local Boy Scout recently completed his Eagle Scout project out at Fort Assiniboine. Tyrel Bohn of Havre's Troop 1438 said he repainted all the wood and windows on the outside of Fort Assiniboine Library minus the roof. He painted the wood of a garage on the property as well.
