    After three days of searches interrupted only by sleep and bad weather, the community's worst fear had become reality as the body of 54-year-old Havre man Jerry Donoven was found Monday morning around 9:30. Hill County Sheriff Don Brostrom said the body was discovered “quite a ways” from where Donoven’s little blue and white boat was found Friday evening.     With experts agreeing that the need for rural mental health care is as great as it's ever been, Havre's two mental health facilities teeter-totter in opposite directions as a depleted workforce shifts between the two. Bullhook Community Health Center has been expanding. CEO Cindy Smith said the clinic went from 43 employees in 2014 to 64 now.
