    As of March 29, Bill Henry Construction is in fourth place at U.S.B.C. Championship Tournament in Reno with a score of 2.718 in the classified division. Minnow's Marine is in 42nd place.     The annual U.S.B.C. Youth Awards and Banquet was held Sunday with a very fine turnout. Awards were given out and then the youth took to the lanes for a fun time of moonlight bowling and other games.   • No-Tap tourney coming to Hi-Line Lanes in March

    Hi Line Lanes will be hosting a No-Tap Tournament March 5-6 and 6-12. Shifts start at 1 p.m. on the 5th, 11th, and 12th. No shifts on the 6th of March due to junior bowling. A prize of $500.00 will be given to anyone who shoots a 292 game. Six-Line-Tournament scheduled for the Feb. 26 has been cancelled. There are no plans to reschedule.   • Holden's tourney moved to February at Hi-Line Lanes

    Due to the NFL's Pro Bowl, and Havre's Marc Mariani being named to it, the date for the Holden's Hot Wheels tournament has been moved to Feb. 12-13. There is one more week left in the Pepsi Challenge Tournament. Youth bowlers may bowl again if they so desire. It will be during league on Sunday.     Laine Fitzpatrick and Roman Surber bowling in the very first shift of the No-Tap Tournament held on to win with a score of 1,623. They were followed by Lois Olk and Dale Borger of Glasgow with a 1,608; third place Donna Borger and Paul Koski of Glasgow 1,604; fourth place Denise Friede and Kyle Surber 1,594; fifth place Laci LaBuda of Big Sandy and Gary Rettig of Fort Benton 1,589.     The Men's City Tournament gets under way tonight with the team event to be bowled at 7 p.m. Singles, Doubles and Make up teams will be bowled on Saturday and Sunday beginning at 12 p.m. each day.   • Pepsi Youth Challenge starts Sunday

    The Pepsi U.S.B.C. Youth Challenge Tournament will be run the next two Sundays during league. Those wishing to participate will have to designate before league starts. All bowlers will have to bowl three lines in each division. In all cases at least two (2) bowlers per division, per league shall advance to state which is to be held in Butte, April 29-30, and May 1, at Star Lanes.     There is only two more days to reserve your spot for New Years Eve Jackpot. As of this writing, there are 21 spots left, however there isn't a complete lane available, so if you would like to bowl you will be assigned a lane to fill the maximum six per lane. There will be a waiting list on a first come sign up. The PBA provided a very interesting match on Sunday against the Shark pattern. It was ugly with the lanes drying out so quickly.     On Nov. 20th at 2 p.m. 19 bowlers (2 women, 17 men) took to the hardwoods to conquer the six different oil patterns across the house. When it was over we crowned a new champion, by one pin, Andy Owens. The results of the step ladder was 4th & 5th Jim LaBuda defeated Kelly Olson 242 to 191.
