Editor: We have a cellphone that we use periodically and never when driving, but I felt I needed to write about the ordinance that was recently passed by Havre City Council about using a cellphone while driving or texting while driving. I agree this is a distraction, but what about eating while driving, messing with your radio, picking up something off the floor, hollering at your kids, etc.? Aren't these distractions too?
