    Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation is getting more than $3 million from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as part of the department’s allocations to American tribes every year. The Fort Belknap Indian Community is receiving $1,624,233 from the department for their housing projects. Montana tribes are receiving a collective $27 million and, nationwide, $651 million is being given to 636 Native American tribes in 34 states, according to a press release from the department.     The Hill County Detention Center has been experiencing some staffing issues and must now turn away Blaine County inmates. Blaine County Sheriff Glenn Huestis said he and his office will have to move their inmates out of the Hill County Detention Center March 1.     After the Havre Fire Department received a 12:45 p.m. Sunday call about a dog stuck in the river, firefighters responded with cold water suits to the area. The German shepherd was seen holding onto a piece of ice in the river, half in, half out.     Sen. Steve Daines is pushing for legislation that would bring funds to many Indian irrigation projects, including on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation.
