    Les Johnson, the commander for the American Legion in Havre, said that the usual remembrances will be held Monday. Monday, Memorial Day, the ceremonies begin at 11 a.m. on the west side of the Hill County Courthouse. The Boy Scouts of America will be performing the flag-raising ceremony.     Around 4 p.m. Wednesday, the second suspect of the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation kidnapping was arrested. Matthew Joseph Saddler, 31, of Billings was arrested without incident on an outstanding Chouteau County District Court warrant for charges of assault, aggravated assault and robbery by Havre police and agents of the Tri-Agency Drug Task Force at 121 3rd Ave. W. in Havre.     Shane Johnson, who was accused and arrested in connection to the shooting of his brother in Havre Nov. 9, was sentenced in state District Court Monday to 52 years in prison. Johnson, born in 1968, was sentenced for a lesser charge of negligent homicide.     Auditions for the Montana Actors Theatre youth production of "Dracula" are scheduled to continue today. Many gathered in the Montana State University-Northern Little Theatre Monday to try out for roles from the classic Bram Stoker story.     Around 80 students participated in Jump Rope for Health and raised more than $6,000 for the American Heart Association. In the jump rope competition portion of the event, young students tried their hands and feet at jump roping as long as they could.     John Michael Merrill was arrested and charged as a suspect of the kidnapping incident last week where two people were beaten and abandoned near Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation.     Plain Green LLC, an online loan company owned by the Chippewa Cree Tribe, had a class action lawsuit filed against it in Vermont federal court Wednesday.     Nicole Marie Brockie pleaded guilty to federal welfare assistance fraud Thursday at the Missouri River Federal Courthouse in Great Falls. The two other charges she was being tried for were theft from an Indian tribal organization and theft of federally provided welfare benefits by fraud.
