    The Havre Northstars American Legion baseball team was back in Canada this past week, and the Northstars dropped two games to the Lethbridge Miners. The Northstars fell 11-9 in game one. Jevin Jenkins gave Havre a two-run home run to left field to give the Northstars a 2-0 lead. It was his second home run of the season.     Montana State University-Northern Rodeo head coach Doug Kallenberger has announced the signing of two new stars to the program. Kallenberger has announced the signing of Chance ThreeIrons to join the Light program next year. ThreeIrons is 6-3 freshman, team roper from Indian Fort Smith, Montana.     One of the biggest tournament of the summer golf season took place last weekend at Prairie Farms Golf Course. The Rotary Blast Tournament was held last Sunday. The long-standing tournament features a modified stableford scoring system where points are awarded for eagles, birdies, pars and bogeys. Both the late Dan Boucher (wrestling) and Cal Wirtzberger (football/volleyball) have been inducted into the 2024 MOA Hall of Fame as selected by the Montana Coaches Association.
