    Nothing went as planned for the Havre High volleyball team this weekend. On Saturday the Central A Blue Ponies played host to two conference rivals at the Havre High gymnasium. And with the Ponies' No. 2 seeding on the line, they were defeated by both the Belgrade Panthers and Livingston Rangers. The Panthers defeated the Ponies in four games. The Panthers took game one 25-23, but the Ponies answered with a 25-15 win in game two. But retaking all momentum, the Panthers took games three and four by scores of 25-22 and 25-15....

    Though the score doesn't show it, the Havre High football team accomplished a lot over the weekend. Playing in Miles City, the No. 3 Central A Blue Ponies were defeated by the No. 2 Eastern A Miles City Cowboys 54-26 in the opening round of the 2010 Class A playoffs.     There were times during Thursday's match where the Havre High volleyball team played its best volleyball of the season. But it was the times of struggle by the Blue Ponies which resulted in their loss.
