    St. Mary's Catholic Church of Rocky Boy is in the process of rebuilding after a December 2019 fire burned the church to the ground.     Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Havre-Hill County Library’s summer reading program will return, continuing a tradition of at least 35 years. As is to be expected, things will just look a little different this time around.   • Construction and road closures in Highland Park area begin Monday

    Beginning Monday, Havre’s Public Works Department will be closing select streets in the Highland Park area for work that has been on hold for several years.   • City amends budget for downtown master plan

    Following a meeting Monday night Havre City Council members amended the budget to include a Community Development Block Grant/Home Fund Grant to help with the cost of developing a downtown master plan. Havre was awarded $20,000 by The Montana Department of Commerce through its Main Street Montana program to develop the master plan.
