I would like to take this opportunity to commend Amtrak personnel for their great service on my recent unscheduled trip to Havre. Despite all the delays — 12 hours late getting to Havre and seven hours late getting to Everett — none of which were Amtrak's fault, the Amtrak staff did everything they could to keep the passengers informed and comfortable.
