Mr. Jim Lyons has developed an intra-city bus system, and I have become a frequent flyer of this system. To the readers of the Havre Daily News: Is there a future Lance Armstrong in the Havre area? I ask because I am a "new resident" here and a semi-athlete who likes to ride bikes in the area. I'm suggesting arranging a tour much like the Tour de France, which will happen next year from July 2 to 24 in France. May I suggest having a Tour de Havre anywhere in the immediate area.
