Rocky Boy man is charged with embezzlement

Another embezzler of the funds given to Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation, who had an indictment filed against him in October, is scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 3.

Timothy Warren Rosette has been indicted for a charge of bribery of an official of an Indian tribal government receiving federal funds, which carries a maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment, with three years of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine.

The indictment reads that Rosette, who was the director of the Chippewa Cree Tribe Roads Branch and the Rocky Boy Health Clinic’s Environmental Health Division, accepted bribes from James Howard Eastlick Jr. and the Hunter Burns Construction company.

Eastlick, who owned 49 percent of Hunter Burns, is awaiting his own sentencing after being found guilty for embezzlement.

Now this guys about to get 100,000.00 to retire, I'am sure this council will give it to him just to keep him quiet on all the other embezzlers. Need to keep digging Guardians Project. Also the Henry's need to start singing a song.
