Dawn Marie Turner, 38, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 7:25 a.m. Friday call from 5th Street about the calling party wanting to speak to an officer about a woman breaking his front door down.

Two 15-year-old girls were issues summonses on charges of assault after officers were called to Havre High School at 8:14 a.m. Friday to investigated a fight.

Two people were arrested after officers responded to a 10:05 a.m. Friday call from a 2nd Street business about “four people sitting in a red car drinking lots of alcohol.”

Chalon Michael Kinholt, 31, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 9:27 p.m. Friday on U.S. Highway 2 West.

James Dean Stump, 27, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of trespassing after officers responded to a 2:14 a.m. Saturday call from Northern Montana Hospital about a man who needed a ride.

Kelin Antony King, 18, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor after officers responded to a 4:12 a.m. Saturday call from Montana State University-Northern’s MacKenzie Hall about a drunk student who could not tell the calling party their name.

John Calvin Allen, 35, of Havre was issued a summons on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 10:11 a.m. Saturday call from 2nd Street and 11th Avenue about a woman and man yelling at each other.

Claudine Chiefstick, 50, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 5:40 p.m. Saturday call from 5th Street about an intoxicated woman stumbling down the street.

Darren Sawyer, 47, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer after officers responded to a 12:08 a.m. Monday call from a 1st Street West establishment about a drunk man trying to pick fights with people.

A 15-year-old was arrested on a pick up and hold order at 12:01 p.m. Monday on 19th Street.

A two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash was investigated after officer responded to a 2:55 p.m. Monday call from a 5th Avenue business.

Priscilla Wallace, 33, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officers served it to her at 9:27 p.m. Monday on 16th Street West.

Robert Manuel Arellano, 33, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 10:56 p.m. Monday call from a 2nd Street business about a man who needed removing.

Dustin James Welch, 19, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer initiated an investigation of suspicious activity at 11:50 p.m. Monday on 1st Street.

Two people were arrested after an officer initiated an investigation of suspicious activity on 7th Avenue and 1st Street at 2:42 a.m. this morning. No other information was given.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 5:33 p.m. Friday call from County Road 801 Northwest about a stolen bicycle.

A 13-year-old Havre child was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after deputies were called to a U.S. Highway 2 West business at 12:35 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies investigated a 3:36 p.m. Saturday call from 5th Street North about the calling party stating that her shed was broken into and heirloom items were stolen.

Deputies investigated a 4:51 p.m. Monday call from Fresno lake about the complainant stating that a man was shooting at what she thinks were birds, but there were campers really close by. She then called deputies and told them that the man was driving in a truck at high speeds back to town.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday.

Firefighters were called to the 1600 Block of Smithville Road at 8:20 p.m. Friday to address a gas odor in a residence. They found a faulty burner on a gas stove was faulty and gas to the stove was turned off.

Animal Shelter

A black, brown and white male beagle was placed in the shelter Aug. 10 and a gray, brown and white male kitten Aug. 25.

Births

A girl was born to Lisa and Dustin Horinek of Havre Sept. 1, 2014.
