Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 6:58 a.m. Friday call from 12th Street about a bike that had been stolen.

Francis J. Miller, 57, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of theft and trespassing after officers responded to a 9:31 a.m. Friday call from 3rd Street about a woman who broke into the calling party’s vehicle.

Derek Paul Converse, 30, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and no insurance and Regina Mae Moreno, 39, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and no insurance after officers responded to a 3:31 p.m. Friday complaint.

Curtis Pete Onco III, 41, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of violation of conditions of release after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at the police station at 8:05 p.m. Friday.

Michael Aaron Bishop, 25, of Havre was arrested on charges of unlawful transactions with children and endangering the welfare of children and on a Justice or City court warrant; Louis Charles Randall, 50, of Havre was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children and on a Justice or City court warrant; a 17-year-old was issued summonses on charges of criminal contempt and minor in possession; and an 18-year-old, a 17-year-old, a 16-year-old and 15-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of MIP after officers responded to a 10:15 p.m. Friday call from 7th Street about the calling party saying there was a man with a warrant at a residence, where there was what seemed to be a party.

Brodie Michael Arnold, 21, of Butte was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after officers responded to a 12:34 a.m. Saturday call from 9th Street about people outside making noise.

Matthew Allen Bell, 32, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after an officer served the warrants at 9:23 a.m. Saturday on 3rd Street.

Chalon Michael Kinholt, 32, of Havre was arrested on charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct and two counts of criminal contempt after officers responded to a 3:41 p.m. Saturday call from 7th Street from Kinhold that he was receiving threatening phone calls.

Officers investigated a 6 p.m. Saturday call from 3rd Avenue about a person on the calling party’s property who would not leave.

———

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of MIP and probation violation after officers responded to a 10:39 p.m. Saturday call from 10th Street West about a boy, whom the calling party did not know, who was passed out in her house.

———

Chalon Michael Kinholt, 32, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of obscene phone call and two counts of criminal contempt after officers responded to an 11 p.m. Saturday call from 2nd Street about a man that was not supposed to have contact with the calling party who kept calling her.

———

Officers investigated a 6:54 a.m. Sunday call from Wilson Avenue about a gold Tahoe stolen the night prior.

———

Victor Lee Gone, 28, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 9:29 p.m. Sunday on 13th Street West.

Rodrick Thomas Scheaffer, 33, of Harlem was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after an officer initiated an investigation of suspicious activity at 11:31 p.m. Sunday on 1st Street Northeast.

Officers investigated an 11:49 p.m. Sunday call from 5th Avenue about someone who wanted to speak to an officer about a verbal domestic situation.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 7:41 a.m. Friday call from a 2nd Street West residence about a horse in the calling party’s yard.

Dana James Stanley, 48, of Box Elder was served two Justice or City court warrants at the Hill County Detention Center at 8:13 a.m. Friday.

———

Randee Rae Duran, 27, of Great Falls, who was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, was transferred from HCDC to Justice Court at 2:25 p.m. Friday.

———

A 16-year-old Box Elder girl was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after deputies responded to a 3:20 p.m. Saturday call from a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

———

Someone was arrested after deputies responded to a 10:47 p.m. Sunday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about a man who stole a bunch of stuff from the calling party’s storage shed.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, five calls Saturday and two calls Sunday.

Births

A boy was born to Nichole Gregori and Shawn Edward Adamson of Havre Aug. 22, 2014.
