Friday, July 25

Havre High Class of 1964 reunion registration and social get-together will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Duck Inn Vineyard Room.

A citywide prayer meeting will be 7 to 8 p.m. at Abundant Life Ministries, 405 6th Ave.

"Sympathy Jones," a MAT youth musical production, will begin at 8 p.m. with doors opening at 7:30 p.m. at the MSU-Northern Little Theatre. Tickets are $10 for adults, $7 for students and seniors, and free for Northern students with a valid student ID.

Lego Time will be 9:30-11 a.m. at Havre-Hill County Library. Projects will include working on robotics, also. This event is free and open to the public.

Saturday, July 26

Kellen Lund Memorial Bike Ride is at Pepin Park with registration at 9 a.m ., the ride at 10:30 a.m. and a barbecue after the ride. More than 14 bikes will be given away this year. This event is free and open to all riders and families. Volunteers are welcome.

Kids' Day at Christmas in July at the Atrium Mall will have a free Christmas cookie decorating event for all kids 1 to 4 p.m.

Saturday Market is set for 8 a.m. to noon in Town Square, with vendors selling food, produce, craft, arts and more.

Storytime during Saturday Market, sponsored by Havre-Hill County Library, will be held in Town Square from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Books will be read aloud to children accompanied by an adult, with a new book starting every 15 minutes. This is a free event.

Sunday, July 27

Havre Eagles Club annual picnic will be from noon to 6 p.m. at the Eagles Campground in Beaver Creek Park. The event includes fun activities for all ages. Attendees are asked only to bring a salad or dessert.

Tuesday, July 29

Rodeo school covering calf roping, team roping and steer wrestling for adults and youth starts at 9 a.m. at Sybil Sangrey-Colliflower Memorial Arena, 3 miles east of Box Elder.

NAMI, National Alliance on Mental Illness, will meet at the Havre-Hill County Library at 5:30 p.m. For more information, call Cindy at 265-6409.

Kicks @ 6 will feature The Other Bros and Sistas band in Surf's Up, the Songs of the Beach Boys and the '60s, at 6 p.m at Pepin Park.

Wednesday, July 30

Rodeo school covering calf roping, team roping and steer wrestling for adults and youth starts at 9 a.m. at Sybil Sangrey-Colliflower Memorial Arena, 3 miles east of Box Elder.

Books and Babies is at 10:15 a.m. at the Havre-Hill County Library. This event is free, and everybody is welcome.

Story Time is at 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. at the Havre-Hill County Library. The event is free, and everybody is welcome.

Sounds on the Square will feature the music of The Milk River Band from 6 to 8 p.m. at Town Square. Local vendors fundraising for nonprofits and selling food, crafts and more set up at the Square and nearby business.

Tunes at Noon in the lower level of the Atrium Mall will feature live music presented by Mary Stevens.

Thursday, July 31

3-on-3 Youth Basketball Jamboree starts at 8 a.m. at Stone Child College.

Rodeo school covering bareback and saddle bronc riding for adults and youth starts at 9 a.m. at Sybil Sangrey-Colliflower Memorial Arena, 3 miles east of Box Elder.

2014 CCRA Youth Rodeo at the Sybil Sangrey-Colliflower Memorial Arena, 3 miles east of Box Elder, starts with registration at 4 p.m. and competition at 5 p.m.

Friday, Aug. 1

Sobriety Walk begins at 9 a.m. at Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation Agency and goes to the powwow grounds.

The Ultimate Warrior Challenge begins at 11 a.m. at Bonneau Dam on Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation.

2014 Mary LaMere Memorial Tie-down Roping competition, open to all ropers, begins with registration at noon and competition at 1 p.m. at Sybil Sangrey-Colliflower Memorial Arena, 3 miles east of Box Elder.

50th Annual Rocky Boy Celebration begins at 6 p.m. at Chippewa Cree Powwow Grounds on Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation.

2014 CCRA INFR Tour Rodeo begins at 6 p.m. at Sybil Sangrey-Colliflower Memorial Arena, 3 miles east of Box Elder.

Don't you have the Bullnanzacoming to your area soon? Sure can't find any info. on it and Havre/Hill County has a lot of cowboys.

I would LOVE to see our community list more events in this section. So many times you hear from a friend that went to some event or fundraiser that you didn't even hear about. Would love to see any little thing going on in Havre to be posted here.

HPS Education Foundation hosting the annual HOLIDAY HOOPS Blue Pony alumni basketball games on Friday December 27th at the Havre Middle School. First game at 6:30pm. Players contact Tony at 390-6178 or Grayson at Master Sports. Fun for the whole family!
