Havre Police Department

Eric Daniel Frickel, 41, of Havre was served a Justice or City court warrant at 9:34 a.m. Wednesday at the Hill County Detention Center.

A 10-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to an 11:05 a.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street business.

Sheldon Joseph Flying, 45, of Havre was arrested on three charges of criminal contempt after officers responded to a 2:16 p.m. Wednesday call from 2nd Street.

Officers investigated a 4:51 p.m. Wednesday complaint at the police station about identity theft.

Ruth Lydia Reyes, 45, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 6:06 p.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street business about a woman wearing a black dress yelling at the employees.

Rodney Henry Arellano, 41, of Havre was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to a 6:25 p.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street business about men arguing.

Officers investigated a 2:53 a.m. Thursday call about the calling party’s 12-year-old daughter not coming home.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Edward Charles Isaacson, 33, of Havre was served a state District Court warrant at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Hill County Detention Center.

A deputy served a City or Justice Court warrant on Juanita Sue Head of Havre, 37, at the detention center at 10:55 a.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday and one call this morning.

Firefighters were called to two miles east of Havre at 7:44 p.m. Wednesday to assist in a grass fire but were called off en route.

Animal Shelter

A male golden retriever mix was placed in the shelter June 20, a black male cat with a white tip on its tail June 25, a black and white male pit bull mix June 27, a brown and white male pit bull with a red collar July 1, a dark tan and black female shepherd mix with a blue-ish collar July 2, a black male Labrador July 4, a gray and white female cat July 16, a black and white female cat July 15 and a white, gray and orange female cat July 16.
