Officers investigated a 9:04 a.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street Northeast business about a husband arguing with the calling party.

A noninjury motor vehicle crash between a city trash truck and a passenger car was investigated after officers responded to a 12:18 p.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street West business.

Brittany Ann Crews, 20, of Havre was arrested on a charge of theft after officers responded to a 2:19 p.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street business.

Michael Arthur Sutherland, 38, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of driving with no driver’s license, failure to back safely, driving under the influence and violation of conditions of release after officers responded to a 6:33 p.m. Thursday call from 4th Avenue West about the calling party sitting at a stop sign behind a silver Suburban when the vehicle backed up really fast and ran into the calling party’s vehicle.

Officers responded to a 10:39 p.m. Thursday call from 9th Avenue about the theft of a wifi box.

Patrick Dakota Steckel, 19, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of purchase of possession of an intoxicant by a minor and Maria Walters Kuhn, 49, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of selling or giving alcoholic beverages to minors after officers responded to an 11:12 p.m. Thursday call about an underage boy getting drunk at local bars.

Juanita Sue Head, 37, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of theft after officers responded to a 1:03 a.m. Friday call from an 11th Street West business about the theft of gas.

Shane Ironmaker, 27, of Havre was arrested on a charge of probation violation after officers responded to a 4:35 a.m. Friday call from 15th Avenue about the calling party stating two men tried to jump into her car.

Officers investigated a 10:35 a.m. Friday call from a 1st Street West business about someone backing into an inactive pump.

Two people were arrested after officers investigated a 1:06 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about shoplifting. No other information was given.

Alan Patrick Romero, 53, of Havre was arrested on charges of failure to carry or produce proof of insurance, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 3:09 p.m. Friday on 1st Street.

Matthew Joseph Saddler, 30, of Billings was arrested on charges of speeding, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and probation violation after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 3:20 p.m. Friday on 11st Street West.

Officers investigated a 3:37 p.m. Friday call from 4th Street about the theft of items from a yard.

Ronald Brian Folk, 18, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street.

McCord Garrett Parks, 29, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and other traffic crimes after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 10:07 p.m. Friday on 6th Street.

Officers investigated an 11:20 p.m. Friday call from an 11th Street West business about a gas drive-off of $6.01.

A 13-year-old girl was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to a 2:24 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about a noncombative shoplifter.

Darrell David Gardipee, 42, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 3:35 a.m. Sunday call from 2nd Street Northeast about a woman outside who was crying and yelling for someone to call the police.

Michael Allen Berg, 42, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt and on a state District Court warrant after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8:17 a.m. Sunday at the police station.

Priscilla Wallace, 33, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving with no driver’s license, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and on a Justice or City court warrant at 3:33 p.m. Sunday after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on Wilson Avenue.

Officers investigated a 6:31 p.m. Sunday call from 12th Street about the calling party’s dog being attacked and bitten by another dog.

Officers investigated a 10:22 p.m. Sunday call from Wilson Avenue about the calling party’s garden hose being cut.

Curtis Pete Onco III, 41, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, criminal contempt and violation of conditions of release after an officers made a motor vehicle stop at 10:59 p.m. Sunday on Boulevard Avenue.

Officers investigated a 1:11 a.m call this morning from 14th Avenue about a man who was cut.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Thomas Wayne Lorentz, 33, of Havre was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer and on a Justice or City court warrant after a deputy initiated an investigation at 8:13 p.m. Friday east of Fresno Road North.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday and two calls Saturday.

Firefighters were called to the 4600 Block of Highway 2 West at 7:07 p.m. Friday to put out a grass fire that was caused by sparks from a locomotive.

Firefighters were called to the 6200 Block of Highway 2 West at 7:14 p.m. Friday to put out a grass fire that was caused by sparks from a locomotive.

Firefighters were called to two miles east of Havre at 3:24 p.m. Saturday to put out dumpster fire caused by discarded materials.

Firefighters were called to County Road 451 at 12:05 p.m. Sunday to put out dumpster fire caused by discarded materials.

Firefighters were called to the 600 Block of 9th Street at 12:09 a.m. this morning to put out dumpster fire caused by discarded materials.
