Havre Police Department

Roger Lee Wells, 59, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt and Carl John Morsette, 41, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer initiated an investigated at 10:27 a.m. Wednesday at a 1st Street business.

Officers investigated a 5 p.m. Wednesday call from 1st Avenue about people in a black Dodge Charger driving by the calling party and throwing a firecracker at his truck.

Casey Eugene Heavyrunner, 39, of Missoula was issued a summons on charges of open container and littering after an officer initiated an investigation at 9:22 p.m. Wednesday at a 5th Avenue business.

Rubin Loran Stump, 40, of Box Elder and Daniel Stanley, 71, of Box Elder were arrested on charges of trespassing after officers responded to a 9:44 p.m. Wednesday call from 2nd Street about unwanted people at the calling party’s house whom he wanted removed.

Officers responded to a 11:30 p.m. Wednesday call from 6th Avenue about the calling party’s ex breaking into her residence and calling her bad names in front of her son.

A 19-year-old Havre man was arrested after officers responded to a 1:28 a.m. Thursday call from Assiniboine Avenue about a man knocking on the calling party’s window.

Rebecca Jane Kaftan, 31, of Havre, was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after officers responded to a 4:48 a.m. Thursday call from 6th Avenue about a man and woman fighting in the middle of the street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Jaime Bravo, 46, of Sacramento, California, was arrested on a California District Court warrant after she turned herself in at 10:56 a.m. Wednesday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Marissa Irene Rupe, 23, of Bismark, North Dakota, was arrested after deputies served a warrant at 11:20 a.m. Wednesday at HCDC.

Officers responded to a 4:30 p.m. Wednesday call from 15th Street West about missing tools and fishing poles.
