Samuel Alexander St. Marks, 33, of Havre was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release after a 7:42 a.m. Saturday 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at the police station.

James David Berger, 35, of Havre was arrested on a charge of trespassing after officers responded to a 9:35 a.m. Saturday call from 2nd Street about an intoxicated man sleeping in a vehicle.

An 8-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to a 12:49 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about a juvenile male shoplifter.

Jenna Shea Johnson, 27, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer initiated an investigation of suspicious activity at 1:46 p.m. Saturday at a 1st Street West business.

Joey Ray Azure, 19, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served it to him at 9:28 p.m. Saturday on 3rd Street.

Myron Knight, 37, of Fort Belknap was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officers initiated an investigation of suspicious activity at 12:06 a.m. Sunday at a 1st Street establishment.

Matthew George Metcalfe, 20, of Mocassin was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, speeding and minor in possession, a 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of MIP and probation violation, a 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of MIP and criminal contempt, Andrew Heck, 20, of Bozeman was issued a summons on a charge of MIP and Kyle Levi Hart, 20, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of MIP after an officer made a 2:04 a.m. Sunday motor vehicle stop on 11th Street West.

Officers investigated a 12:39 p.m. Sunday call about sex offenses.

Officers investigated a 2:01 p.m. Sunday call from Ike Avenue about a bike with a flat tire dumped outside a residence.

Officers investigated a 1:32 a.m. call this morning from an 11th Street West business about a “beer boogie.”

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated an 11:38 a.m. Friday call from 35th Avenue Northeast about the calling party’s girlfriend trying to break in.

Jessica Lynn Larsen, 28, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after deputies investigated a 7:11 p.m. Friday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business.

Deputies investigated a 7:28 p.m. Friday call about sex offenses.

Kayla Mae Seilinger, 25, of Minot, North Dakota, and Andrew Michael Butchek, 27, of Portland, Oregon, were arrested on charges of stowing away on railroad property at 9:28 p.m. Friday.

Austin Cole Morsette, 23, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace office and on a Justice or City court warrant and Leandra Potts, 26, of Hobbema, Alabama, was issued a summons on a charge of obstructing a peace office and on a Justice or City court warrant after deputies investigated a 10:58 p.m. Friday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about shoplifting.

Deputies investigated a 10:08 a.m Saturday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about the calling party’s grandson’s tires being slashed at the mall the day prior.

Jesika Jelean Blatter, 27, of Havre, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies investigated her 4:49 a.m. Sunday call from U.S. Highway 2 about an auto theft.

A 14-year-old Box Elder boy and a 17-year-old Box Elder girl were issued summonses on charges of shoplifting after deputies responded to a 7:28 p.m. Sunday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, three calls Saturday and seven calls Sunday.

Firefighters were called to the 600 Block of 1st Street at 10:08 a.m. Friday to address a gas smell. They and NorthWestern Energy employees could not detect any gas.

———

Firefighters were called to U.S. Highway 87, 11 miles south of U.S. Highway 2 at 5:14 p.m. Saturday to assist with a vehicle fire.

———

Firefighters were called to the 600 Block of 6th Street at 11:20 p.m. Sunday to address a smoke alarm going off that turned out to be a battery issue.
