Gloria Jean Brown, 43, of Chinook was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to a 9:10 a.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a noncombative shoplifter.

Officers investigated a 1:59 p.m. Friday call from 3rd Street about items missing from the calling party’s house.

Jodi Marie Werk, 26, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of speeding, driving with no insurance, expired registration, suspended or revoked driver’s license and criminal contempt after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 at 4:02 p.m. Friday.

Kody John Campanella, 29, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of vicious dog, dog at large, dog registration and vaccination violation and dog bite after officers responded to a 4:13 p.m. Friday call from 4th Avenue about a handicap woman that was attacked by a pit bull.

Officers investigated a 6:18 p.m. Friday call about the theft of a laptop out of a truck.

Officers responded to a 6:33 p.m. Friday call from 11th Street about a broken window on a pickup truck.

A motor vehicle accident between a blue F-150 and a white Ford Expedition was investigated after officers responded to an 8:19 p.m. Friday call from 1st Street.

Jerry Leon Yost, 40, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and criminal contempt after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 11:43 p.m. Friday on Montana Avenue.

Jennifer Gale Thomas, 32, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and a 16-year-old girl was arrested on charges of purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor and disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 4:31 a.m. Saturday call from Wilson Avenue about the calling party’s mother’s girlfriend hitting her.

Brent Patrick Azure, 49, of Billings was arrested on a charge of theft after officers responded to a 9:48 a.m Saturday call from 8th Avenue about a Roto Rooter being stolen.

Angee Dee Steir, 35, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of vicious dog after officers responded to a 12:08 p.m. Saturday call from 12th Street West.

Officers responded to a 1:15 p.m. Saturday call from 7th Avenue about broken windows.

Miche Claire Fuentez, 22, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer and on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served a warrant at 6:13 p.m. Saturday on 2nd Street.

Chad Julian Cochran, 34, of Havre was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer after officers responded to an 8:39 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about two men looking like they were about to fight.

Sheldon Dale Corner, 38, of Havre was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and careless driving after officers responded to a 9:49 p.m. Saturday call from 3rd Avenue and 6th Street about a vehicle hitting a tree.

Emerson Paul Birdtail Jr., 28, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of trespassing after officers responded to a 10:39 p.m. Saturday call from Washington Avenue about a man who was passed out.

Steven Allen Stanley, 39, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 10:48 p.m. call from a 2nd Street Church about a man who was passed out on the steps.

Francis Ralph Amos, 31, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt, obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest after officers responded to a 1:31 a.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street West establishment about the calling party’s ex-boyfriend taking her bank card.

Officers investigated an 8:34 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business about kids in a four-door Intrepid waving a knife.

———

Officers investigated a 9:27 p.m. Sunday call from Pepin Park on 7th Avenue about a bike that was stolen.

Douglas William Jenson, 22, of Missoula was arrested on charges of trespassing, obstructing a peace officer, assaulting a peace officer and on a state District Court warrant after officers responded to a 1:28 a.m. call this morning from Pike Street about a man who entered the calling party’s house.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies responded to a 9:15 p.m. Saturday call from Main Street West in Box Elder about a purse that was stolen.

Videl Stump Jr., 51, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after deputies responded to a 12:11 a.m. Saturday call from Old Post Road about a man lying near the road.

———

Amanda Rae Martin, 25, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of driving with expired registration, no insurance, driving under the influence and on a Justice or City court warrant after a deputy made a motor vehicle stop on Larado Road at 3:22 p.m. Saturday.

———

Deputies investigated a 10:07 a.m. Sunday call from Washington Avenue about the calling party stating his generator was taken.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, two calls Saturday, one call Sunday and one call this morning.

———

Firefighters were called to the 900 Block of 13th Street at 1:33 p.m. Friday for a pole that was snapped and lying in the street. The hazard was removed and the phone company made repairs.

———

Firefighters were called to the 1300 Block of 7th Street at 2:36 p.m. Saturday for a small grass fire around a five by ten square foot area.

———

Firefighters were called to the 300 Block of 4th Avenue at 3:13 p.m. Sunday for a false alarm activation at the County Annex Building.

A girl was born to Anaysha and Jarret Watson of Havre June 19, 2014.
