Havre Police Department

Officers investigated an 11:16 a.m. Wednesday complaint at the police department about clothes stolen from a laundromat.

Officers investigated a 3:04 p.m. Wednesday call from Havre High School about someone throwing pop all over the calling party’s 1966 blue Ford truck in the junior and senior parking lot.

Someone was arrested after officers responded to a 4:41 p.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street business about a combative shoplifter in the parking lot. No other information was given.

Officers investigated a 4:44 p.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street establishment about a possible temporary restraining order violation.

A 14-year-old was issued a summons for driving without a driver’s license after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on Wilson Avenue at 8:38 p.m. Wednesday.

Officers investigated a 1:09 a.m. Thursday call from 10th Street West about men fighting.

Elijah Curry Kindred, 23, of Havre and Brandon Todd Wakefield, 22, of Havre were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 1:58 a.m. Thursday on 9th Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies referred to the Rocky Boy Police Department a 11:10 p.m. Wednesday call from Box Elder about a a vehicular hit-and-run in which a woman hit the calling party’s vehicle and took off toward Rocky Boy.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Wednesday and two calls this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 1000 Block of Wilson Street at 3:01 a.m. this morning to investigate a malfunctioning smoke detector.
