Matthew Richard Fenger, 45, of Galata was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of aggravated driving under the influence after a man was in the police station for processing in the SCRAM program at 9:22 a.m. Friday.

Jason Dorian Dean Owensby, 41, of Havre was served a Justice or City court warrant at 1 p.m. Friday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Officers investigated a 1:43 p.m. Friday complaint at the police station about a scam.

A two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash was investigated after officers responded to a 2:51 p.m. Friday call from a 5th Avenue business.

A 13-year-old was arrested on a charge of assault with a weapon after officers responded to a 5:08 p.m. Friday call from 10th Street West about someone trying to stab the calling party.

Lynn Rose Werk, 27, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Ricky Johnson Jr., 32, of Havre was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal contempt after officers responded to a 6:48 p.m. Friday call from 1st Street Northeast reporting a woman was selling drugs outside an apartment complex.

Officers investigated a 6:50 p.m. Friday call from Washington Avenue about a stolen 1988 Chrysler Lebring.

Clarence Alan Doney, 50, of Havre was arrested on a charge of DUI after officers responded to a 6:59 p.m. Friday call from a 5th Avenue business about a man in a pickup passed out in the drive-thru of the business.

Officers responded to a 10:12 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a motor vehicle crash.

Two people were arrested after officers responded to a 12:16 a.m. Saturday call about a person driving a white Chevrolet Silverado intoxicated.

Officers investigated a 1:18 a.m. Saturday call from Cascade County Juvenile Detention about sex offenses.

Caleb Dominique Jones, 20, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt, purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer and “other” and Rico Adrian Paz, 22, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after officers responded to a 1:34 a.m. Saturday call from 10th Avenue about college kids having a party and being really loud outside.

Officers investigated a 4:07 a.m. Saturday call from 6th Street about the calling party and his friend being at a party where his friend was punched.

A noninjury motor vehicle crash was investigated after officers responded to a 2:03 p.m. Saturday call from a 5th Avenue business.

Craig Stevens Azure, 49, of Havre was issued a summons for a charge of dog at large after officers responded to a 3:29 p.m. Saturday call from 2nd Street about a dog running loose and attacking kids, pulling one child off his bike.

Officers investigated a 7:03 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about a gas drive-off worth $25.

Jake Gene Porter, 22, of Havre was arrested on a charge of theft after officers responded to a 9:29 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business reporting a combative male shoplifter.

Someone was arrested after officers responded to a 2:53 a.m. Sunday call from an 11th Street West business about a man passed out in his vehicle.

Karen Marie Stacy, 38, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of driving without a driver’s license and without insurance after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 1:34 p.m. Sunday on 11th Street West.

Wilson Joel Blackelk III, 26, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to a 3:05 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business about a male shoplifter in custody.

A 33-year-old whose name was redacted, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, criminal destruction of or tampering with a communication device and violation of conditions of release after officers responded to a 6:16 p.m. Sunday call from 2nd Street about a woman getting beat up.

Officers investigated a 8:49 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street business about three individuals who were passing fake $20 bills.

A 16-year-old was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and juvenile curfew violations after officers responded to a 9:54 p.m. Sunday call from 5th Avenue reporting someone just broke out a window.

Tara Lynn Werk, 35, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 2:23 a.m. Monday call from 1st Street Northeast reporting a loud party that turned out to be a tenant’s daughter and boyfriend.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Clayton Midget, 18, of Havre was served a Justice Court warrant at 1:34 p.m. Friday at the HCDC.

Lynn Rose Werk, 26, of Havre was served a Blaine County Justice Court warrant at 7:42 p.m. Friday at the HCDC.

Tyrell James Henderson, 24, of Box Elder was arrested after deputies assisted Rocky Boy police with a car pursuit.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, three calls Saturday, three calls Sunday and one call this morning.

———

Firefighters were called to the 800 Block of 1712 15th Street at 3:12 p.m. Sunday to put out a fire in a dumpster that was caused by hot materials in the dumpster.

———

Firefighters were called to the 1800 Block of 2nd Street at 6:12 p.m. Sunday for smoke in a residence that turned out to be a malfunctioning chimney flue that caused smoke to back up.
