Samuel Roastingstick, 43, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to a 12:18 p.m. Friday call from the Havre-Hill County Library about a middle-aged man who just left the library.

Thomas Wayne Lorentz, 33, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers served the warrant at 7:56 p.m. Friday at the police station.

Officers investigated a 9:42 p.m. Friday call about a taxi driver’s passenger being followed by a man in a blue Ford truck.

———

Claudia Paulette Bacon, 35, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after officers received a 10:14 p.m. Friday call from 3rd Street about people hollering outside.

Officers investigated a 10:43 p.m. Friday call from a 4th Street apartment complex about a plastic bag and blue backpack left in the foyer.

———

A summons was issued to a 15-year-old for underage tobacco possession or consumption after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 1:36 a.m. Saturday on 800 Block alley between 1st and 2nd Street.

Kurt Allan Eagleman, 34, of Hays was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 2:07 a.m. Saturday call from an 11th Street West business about a drunk man who was bleeding from somewhere on the face getting in peoples’ faces asking for money.

Robert Manuel Arrellano, 32, of Havre was arrested on charges of shoplifting and criminal contempt after officers responded to an 11:49 a.m. Saturday call from a 2nd Street business about a male shoplifter who took off running in the alley between 2nd and 3rd Street.

A 16-year-old boy was issued a summons on a charge of purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor after officers received a 2:35 p.m. Saturday call from Havre High School about a juvenile boy under the influence.

Officers investigated a 7:27 a.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street West business about a theft of wine.

———

Kevin Dean Trumble, 44, of Havre was issued a summons for endangering the welfare of children and a 17-year-old boy was issued a summons for MIP after officers responded to juvenile status offenses at the police station at 9:44 p.m. Sunday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday, two calls Saturday and one call Sunday.

Firefighters were called to the 200 Block of 5th Street at 10:57 a.m. Saturday.

———

Firefighters were called to the 400 Block of 10th Avenue at 1:39 p.m. Sunday.

———

No other details about the fire calls were available due to Martin Luther King Day.
