A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of trespassing and purchase or possession of alcohol by a minor after officers responded to a 7:05 a.m. Friday call from 10th Street West about an individual trying to get into vehicles, got into a few and was in the back bed of a truck.

Erik Michael Golden, 24, of Havre, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and violation of conditions of release after responding to a 9:49 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business.

Elijah Blu Eagleman, 26, of Box Elder, was arrested on an outstanding Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 10:26 p.m. Friday call from 16th Avenue about the calling party being hit by a man.

A 16-year-old girl was issued a summons on a charge of purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor and a 15-year-old boy was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 2:57 a.m. Saturday call from 6th Avenue about three juveniles who have been drinking who took off from a residence, walking possibly to Smithville.

Coby Michael Abbot, 20, of Havre, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8:05 a.m. Saturday at the police station.

Christopher Lee Schneider, 33, of Havre, was issued a summons on a charge or partner or family member assault after officers received a 9:26 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street establishment about a man who was asked to leave and was becoming belligerent.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies responded to a 6:08 p.m. Friday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about a two-vehicle, noninjury crash.

Marlon John Roastingstick, 36, of Box Elder, was arrested on a charge of an outstanding Justice or City court warrant after a deputy pulled a vehicle over at 1:14 a.m. Saturday on U.S. Highway 87.

Deputies served two outstanding Justice or City court warrants to Robert Gerald Bear, 22, of Dodson, at the Hill County Detention Center at 6:10 p.m. Saturday.

A deputy served an outstanding state District court warrant to Tiffany Daniella Cowan, 28, of Havre, at 11:34 p.m. Saturday at a 1st Street business.

Deputies investigated an 11:50 a.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street North business about a motor vehicle accident.

Deputies responded to a 3:52 p.m. Sunday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about a woman in the store with a warrant.

Deputies made two arrests after responded to a 4:39 p.m. Sunday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business about a shoplifter who left and another one who was currently in the store.

Havre Fire Department

Firefighters responded to a 9:19 a.m. Friday call to the 10 Block of 3rd Street and found that a malfunctioning smoke detector was going off in a vacant residence.

Firefighter responded to a 10:29 p.m. Friday call to the 2000 Block of U.S. Highway 2 to investigated a gas odor, where they did not find anything.

Firefighters responded to a 1 a.m. Saturday call to the 10 Block of 5th Street to investigate a possible gas leak, which turned out to be a frozen regulator on the gas line.

———

Firefighters responded to a 12:07 p.m. Saturday call to the 300 Block of 1st Street West to investigate a gas smell that they decided was a sewer gas smell from a frozen sewer vent.

Firefighters responded to a 12:59 p.m. Sunday call to the 1300 Block of Washington, where they found an alarm set off by frozen and broken water pipe in the sprinkler system.

———

Firefighters responded to a 1:35 p.m. Sunday call to the 2100 Block of Heritage to address a false alarm from a carbon monoxide detector.
