Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 9:37 a.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a false order of 16 pizzas the night before.

Richard Lawrence Gallegos, 54, of Box Elder, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct after officers received a 10:54 p.m. Friday call from 13th Street requesting officers.

———

Fred E. Bacon, 22, of Rocky Boy was arrested for disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 1:46 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street Northeast residence about two men outside a building drinking.

Officers issued a summons to a 17-year-old for purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor and being the social host and summonses were issued to a 15-year-old and two 16-year-olds for purchase of possession of an intoxicant by a minor after officers investigated an 11:05 p.m. Friday call from Wilson Avenue about an underage party.

Jeremy Alan Hettenhouser, 27, of Havre, was arrested for criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at the police station 8 a.m. Saturday.

———

Officers investigated a 9:52 a.m. Saturday call from an alley on 11th Street about garbage bins tipped over.

Joseph William, 22, of Box Elder, was arrested for unlawful transactions with children, Kantachai Sriplod, 19, of Havre was arrested for obstructing a police officer or public servant, endangering the welfare of children, fleeing or eluding a peace officer, reckless driving and a stop sign violation, a 15-year-old was arrested for criminal contempt and juvenile curfew violation, a 16-year-old was arrested for purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor, and two 17-year-olds were arrested for criminal contempt and juvenile curfew violations at a 1:05 a.m. Sunday motor vehicle stop on Tracy Lane.

Officers investigated a 2:07 a.m. Sunday complaint at the police station about a female who smashed a drink on the complainant’s vehicle.

A 3:15 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street Northeast residence about a woman who arrived at home to find her door on the floor was investigated.

Richard Lee Sutherland, 29, of Box Elder, was arrested for trespassing after officers investigated an 9:48 p.m. Sunday call from 8th Street about an unknown man knocking on the calling party’s window who was asking for a “coat” or a “coke.”

———

Officers investigated an 11:09 p.m. Sunday call from McKinley Avenue about a lost dog that was found.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A warrant was served to Holly Marie Dorcheus, 28, of Havre, on an outstanding Justice or City court warrant at 2:31 p.m. Friday on 15th Street East.

Jenna Shea Johnson, 26, of Havre, was issued a summons for shoplifting after deputies responded to a 4:42 p.m. Friday call at a U.S. Highway 2 business.

———

Deputies investigated a 1:42 p.m. Saturday call about vandalism at the shops southwest of Havre.

———

Santiago Longoria, 49, of Havre, was issued a summons for theft after deputies investigated a 12:45 p.m. Sunday call from 70th Avenue West about five stolen rings, located at a pawn shop.

Richard Joel Meyers, 24, of Box Elder, was served a state District court warrant at 6:38 p.m. Sunday at the Hill County Detention Center.

———

Theron Jad Wright, 24, of Box Elder, was served a state District court warrant at 6:48 p.m. Sunday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday. three calls Saturday and one call Sunday.

Animal Shelter

A black female cat was placed in the shelter Oct. 16.

A black and tan male cat was placed in the shelter Oct. 27.

———

A black and white male border collie-mix was placed in the shelter Nov. 19.

Births

A boy was born to Amber Watson and Kyle Lamere Sr. of Havre Nov. 20, 2013.
